Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce + Einstein Analytics Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce + Einstein Analytics Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and at least 2 year of hands-on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AI-powered Salesforce solutions, analytics, automation, and CRM development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.

Build and customize intelligent agents to automate business processes and enhance customer experiences.

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics).

Configure and optimize Salesforce automation using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.

Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.





Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, governance, and deployment.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

Required Skills

5+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.

Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.

Strong expertise in Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics).

Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Triggers.

Positive understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities, automation, and integrations.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of Salesforce security model, deployment, and release management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
