Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first level and second-level technical support to users
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions
- Support operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS)
- Assist with network setup (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN)
- Monitor system performance and security
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and system reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of:

Windows and Linux OSNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS,



DHCP)Hardware troubleshootingSoftware installation and configuration
- Basic cybersecurity awareness
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and user-handling skills

Nice to have Skills
- Basic working knowledge with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco CCNA)
- Helpdesk/ticketing tools
