REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 8+ years
- Solid experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Extensive functional expertise across Workday HCM modules, including: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Candidate Engagement and Talent and Performance
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes, security concepts, organizational structures, and configuration best practices.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday HCM solutions.




- Experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Workday enhancements, releases, testing, production support, and continuous improvements.
- Experience developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including business requirements, configuration documents, technical specifications, test plans, process flows, and user guides.
- Ability to ensure Workday HCM solutions align with organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical and functional concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and business
