Job Title: Senior Executive - Student Life

Role Overview

The University seeks a dynamic and student-centric Senior Executive Student Life & Community Engagement to drive campus engagement, leadership development, and social impact initiatives.

The role will play a key part in shaping a vibrant student ecosystem by managing clubs, student-led platforms, and community engagement initiatives, including NSS, Rotaract, Model United Nations (MUN), outreach programs, and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires demonstrated hands-on experience in student leadership ecosystems such as NSS, Rotaract, MUN, and community service initiatives, with a solid focus on on-ground execution, sustainability, and student mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Life & Campus Engagement
- Plan and execute student life initiatives including clubs, fests, competitions, and engagement programs.
- Drive participation across academic and non-academic student activities.
- Work closely with student councils, clubs, and internal stakeholders.

2. Community Engagement & Social Impact (NSS,



Rotaract)
- Oversee and strengthen community engagement initiatives including NSS and Rotaract.
- Design and execute outreach programs such as rural immersion, social campaigns, and volunteering initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with NSS guidelines and institutional social responsibility goals.

3. Sustainability Initiatives (Campus & Community)
- Design and implement sustainability and environmental initiatives on campus (e.g., waste management drives, plastic-free campaigns, energy conservation awareness).
- Lead student-driven sustainability projects in surrounding communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote sustainable practices and responsible campus behaviour.
- Integrate sustainability themes into student events, campaigns, and outreach programs.

4. Leadership Platforms (MUN & Student Forums)
- Support and scale platforms such as MUNs, debates, and leadership forums.
