Job Summary

The Liaisoning Officer acts as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders. The role ensures timely approvals, statutory compliance, smooth communication, and coordination throughout the fabrication project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Liaise with government departments for obtaining licenses, permits, approvals, and statutory clearances
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders regarding project documentation and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and central regulations applicable to fabrication and manufacturing operations.
- Follow up on project-related approvals to avoid delays in execution.




- Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, procurement, and project teams for documentation and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain records of permits, licenses, agreements, and correspondence.
- Attend meetings with government officials, customers, and consultants to resolve project-related issues.
- Facilitate inspections by regulatory authorities and certification agencies.
- Support contract administration and documentation management.
- Monitor changes in statutory regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports on liaison activities, approvals, and compliance status.
- Assist management in resolving legal and regulatory issues related to fabrication projects.
