Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and promote Lifestyle Store's visual merchandising standards across the store.
- Maximize sales opportunities by implementing effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate with the Regional Office (RO) regarding dockets and promotional directives received from the Corporate Office (CO).
- Create engaging and timely merchandise displays within the assigned area to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Ensure overall store hygiene and visual standards are consistently maintained.
- Arrange mannequins, merchandise presentations, lighting, focal points, and window displays, updating them as per the provided VM dockets.
- Oversee mannequin handling, maintenance, and daily inventory across the store.
- Execute window displays and focal point installations in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors for production and installation requirements, ensuring timely order placement, estimate approvals, and bill submissions.
- Manage allocated budgets effectively while ensuring expenses remain within approved limits.




- Conduct visual merchandising training sessions for VDAs and CSRs.
- Coordinate projects efficiently and ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing completed visual merchandising activities.
- Supervise prop sourcing and printing during seasonal or promotional changeovers.
- Maintain and regularly update store dockets with any changes or revisions.
- Track weekly sales performance and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure daily and weekly store visual merchandising checklists are completed and maintained.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail, preferably in Visual Merchandising.
- Robust understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
