Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Talent Acquisition - Technology Hiring to drive the organization's technology recruitment strategy and delivery. This role will lead a team of recruiters while serving as a strategic talent advisor to business and technology leaders.

The incumbent will be responsible for building and executing hiring strategies across key technology domains.

The role requires a proven track record of managing high-performing recruitment teams, influencing senior stakeholders, leveraging market intelligence, and delivering exceptional talent outcomes in a competitive technology hiring landscape.

Technology Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for technology functions.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top technology talent.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche and critical technology skill sets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on technology talent trends,



market intelligence, competitor activity, and emerging skills.

Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Set recruitment goals, monitor team performance, and drive accountability against hiring targets and service levels.
- Coach team members on advanced sourcing, stakeholder management, talent assessment, and candidate engagement practices.
- Champion continuous improvement and capability-building initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner closely with Technology Leaders to understand workforce requirements and translate them into scalable hiring plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
