Delivery & Consulting Skills
- Experience in endtoend implementation projects (design build UAT golive)
- Robust requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models

Experience & Qualification
- 812+ years of overall supply chain / SCM solution experience
- 3–5+ years of handson One Network functional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Experience in large enterprise or CPG / Manufacturing / Logistics clients preferred

Role Level (Typical Cognizant Mapping)
- Manager (M) or Senior Associate / Senior Consultant (SA) depending on experience
- Offshore / Nearshore delivery model (India preferred for current demand)

Nice to Have
- Prior Transportation Control Tower implementation experience
- Exposure to integrations with ERP / TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience supporting PepsiColike global logistics ecosystems
