Role Description
The Master Scheduler role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Master Scheduler will develop and maintain the master production schedule, ensuring alignment with customer demand, capacity, and inventory targets. Daily activities include reviewing order forecasts, coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams, and updating schedules to address changing priorities or constraints.



The role involves monitoring lead times, tracking schedule adherence, analyzing variances, and proposing corrective actions to improve on-time delivery and resource utilization. The Master Scheduler will also support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to planning process enhancements, and provide clear communication to stakeholders on production commitments and timelines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong production planning and scheduling skills, including experience with master scheduling, capacity planning, and demand forecasting.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and related planning tools, along with solid MS Excel or data analysis capabilities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain principles, and inventory management practices.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
