Indo German Tool Room Ahmedabad was set up under the bilateral agreement between Government of India and Government of Federal Republic of Germany. The agreement was signed in June 1989. IGTR was registered vide GUJ/1940/Ahmedabad in the year of 1990 with the main objectives as: Introduction of modern production technology, Design and development of precision tools, dies and molds, Providing trained manpower, providing technical consultancy in area of tool design, manufacturing & application, operate on cost covering principle.

Role Description

This is a purely contractual role
which will be further continue year on year based on performance and availability of position.

Skill Required:

Student Counseling
– Guide prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, career prospects, and institutional strengths.

Application Assistance
– Help candidates complete admission forms, compile required documents,



and ensure accuracy.

Eligibility Evaluation
– Review academic records and certificates to verify compliance with admission criteria.

Information Dissemination
– Provide explicit details on fee structures, scholarships, financial aid, and institutional policies.

Outreach Activities
– Represent the institution at school visits, education fairs, seminars, and online webinars.

Campus Engagement
– Conduct campus tours, orientation sessions, and Q&A; interactions for prospective students.

Digital Communication
– Manage inquiries via email, phone, social media, and CRM/ERP platforms.

Target Achievement
– Work towards admission goals set by the institution, reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

MBA-Marketing/HR or with relevant experience

Remuneration

Rs.-20,000/- to Rs.-25,000/- (Fresher can apply)
