— an AI-native operating system that helps brands expand internationally.

We're building intelligent workflows that combine compliance, logistics, shipping, documentation and operations into a single platform powered by AI agents, deterministic workflow engines and backend automation.

We're looking for an engineer who wants to build AI-native products from first principles.

What You'll Build

You'll work directly with the founders to build the core platform behind Xeliport.

Examples include:
- AI agents that orchestrate multi-step operational workflows
- Human-in-the-loop approval systems
- OCR and document ingestion pipelines
- Workflow orchestration engines
- Backend services and APIs
- Background job systems
- Knowledge-base driven compliance engines
- Client-facing dashboards
- Internal operations tooling
- API Integrations with logistics, marketplace and payment partners





You'll own features end-to-end—from database schema and backend architecture to production UI.

What We're Looking For

We're far more interested in what you've built than where you've worked.

You should enjoy solving problems like:
- How should multiple AI agents coordinate?
- When should AI make decisions vs ask for human approval?
- How do you build reliable AI workflows instead of demos?
- How do OCR, backend services, queues and AI orchestration work together?
- How do you design systems that evolve from startup scale to production infrastructure?

Technical SkillsBackend

Solid understanding of:
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- APIs
- Authentication & authorization
- Background jobs & workers
- Event-driven systems
- Database design

Experience with Supabase is a bonus, but not required.

AI Engineering

Experience building real AI features such as:
- AI agents
- Tool / function calling
- Agent orchestration
- OCR pipelines
- Structured outputs
- Human-in-th
