- Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service
- Plans the parametrization and define business based on the taking of requirements




- Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements
- Resolves complex problems related to the functional workplace of the application
- Monitors integrated testing
- Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
- Provides training on those areas in which they are specialized for experience and knowledge
- Detects potential risk
