Role & responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, app campaigns, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Own key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and user acquisition.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop, test, and optimize ad creatives for better campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently while maximizing returns.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar) to improve campaign planning, ad copy generation, creative ideation, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Work closely with Product, SEO, Content, and Design teams to achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates,



and AI-driven marketing innovations.

Preferred candidate profile
- 410 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid user acquisition campaigns.
- Proven experience in optimizing CAC and improving campaign profitability.
- Hands-on experience in ad creative strategy, creative testing, and performance optimization.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, or similar for marketing and productivity.
- Solid understanding of ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Funnel Optimization, and Marketing Analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and campaign tracking tools.
- Experience in B2C, mobile apps, or consumer internet businesses is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
