Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Supervise floor operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance management and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, testing, and certification.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in automobile industry or similar field.
- Solid understanding of OEM processes and procedures.
- Excellent floor supervision skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
