Role Overview:

Medhavi Skills University is seeking a highly analytical, execution focused, and business-oriented Program Manager - Business Operations to support the General Chief Strategy Officer (GCSO) in driving operational excellence, governance, business reviews, and execution discipline across the Medhavi Group.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's operating rhythm by ensuring that business priorities are translated into measurable outcomes through structured governance, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvement.

The role requires an individual who can operate comfortably across multiple business functions, establish governance mechanisms, monitor key performance indicators, identify operational bottlenecks, and work collaboratively with leadership teams to improve organizational efficiency.

The Program Manager will act as a central business operations partner, enabling leaders to make informed decisions through meaningful analytics, operational insights,



and disciplined execution while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic priorities. It is a business operations role requiring exceptional business acumen, analytical capability, stakeholder management, governance expertise, and relentless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Operations Management
- Support the GCSO in managing enterprise-wide business operations.
- Monitor operational performance across business verticals.
- Review key business metrics and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure alignment between operational priorities and organizational objectives.
- Drive execution discipline across functions

2. Governance & Business Reviews
- Design and institutionalize governance mechanisms for regular business reviews.
- Plan and facilitate Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Operating Reviews.
