Job description:
- Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, an eye for design, and hands-on experience in producing engaging graphics and videos for digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, and campaigns.

Video Editing: Key Responsibilities:
- Edit minimum 4–5 high-quality reels per day for multiple client accounts
- Create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook & other platforms
- Add animations, text overlays, transitions, and background music.
- Develop fast-paced, trend-aligned, high-retention video edits
- Apply advanced transitions, motion graphics, text animations, and effects
- Perform basic to advanced color correction, color grading & audio balancing
- Maintain a robust understanding of trends, formats, and audience engagement tactics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
- Coordinate closely with the content creator & social media team




- Share final edited reels immediately in the assigned team group
- Implement feedback and revisions quickly and efficiently

Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Strong command over After Effects (motion graphics & text animation is mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing & retention
- Updated knowledge of reels trends, transitions & editing styles
- Ability to deliver consistent output under tight deadlines
