Position Summary

The Automation Project Specialist supports technology and business projects across the Automation Team, keeping work organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This role suits a recent college graduate or early-career professional building experience in project coordination, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Automation Project Specialist coordinates meetings, tracks action items, maintains project documentation, supports stakeholder communication, and assists the director with day-to-day execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support execution of technology and operational automation projects.
- Schedule and organize meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items.




- Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Help ensure projects stay aligned with deadlines and business priorities.
- Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Prepare project status reports and presentation materials.
- Monitor project tasks and follow up with team members on outstanding items.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with testing coordination, rollout activities, and implementation support.
- Maintain accuracy and organization across project tracking tools and systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred Business, Information Systems, Technology, Management, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
