Job Summary: The Ward Incharge oversees the clinical and administrative operations of an assigned ward. They supervise nursing staff, manage patient care quality, and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols to provide the highest standard of patient safety Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care & Clinical Management
- Monitor patient progress, assess care needs, and ensure nursing staff execute treatment plans properly.
- Plan and lead daily nursing rounds to evaluate patient well-being and clinical outcomes.

2. Staff Supervision & Leadership
- Develop duty rosters, manage shift assignments, and ensure adequate nursing coverage 24/7.

3. Ward Administration & Resource Management




- Conduct routine inventories and ensure the ward is fully stocked with medications, dressings, and medical equipment.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all nursing care complies with institutional policies, NABH/JCI guidelines, and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution. [1, 2]
- Registration: Valid, active nursing license/registration with the respective State Nursing Council. [1]
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience,
