Role & responsibilities

Database Management & Data Quality
- Manage and maintain centralized databases for conferences, learning programs, certification initiatives, memberships, and people engagement activities.
- Cleanse, validate, update, and enrich databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Eliminate duplicate records and maintain data hygiene standards.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management.

Data Segmentation & Audience Profiling
- Segregate databases based on:
- Industry sectors
- Functional roles (HR, L&D;, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Leadership, Technology, etc.)
- Designation levels (CHRO, HR Head, Director, Manager, Specialist)
- Geography and regional markets
- Existing customers, prospects, and partners
- Build targeted audience lists for conferences, webinars, roundtables, certifications, and learning programs.

Excel & Data Analytics
- Advanced management of Excel spreadsheets and large datasets.
- Utilize Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and reporting tools.




- Generate business insights from attendee, delegate, sponsor, exhibitor, and campaign data.
- Support leadership with data-driven reports and recommendations.

Conference & Event Support
- Manage delegate, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, and partner databases.
- Track registration trends, attendance patterns, and engagement metrics.
- Support attendee acquisition campaigns through accurate targeting and segmentation.
- Monitor event funnel performance from invitation to registration and attendance.
- Prepare post-event analytics and stakeholder reports.

B2B Campaign Management
- Support email marketing and outreach campaigns through audience segmentation.
- Build and maintain prospect databases for sponsorship, exhibition, and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate campaign lists for telemarketing, digital marketing, and inside sales teams.
- Track campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, registrations, conversions,
