Rating marking by QA must be 75 % regarding Documentation ,housekeeping etc
PMS/ maintenance / process activity record checking
Total responsibility of housekeeping of respective section
RM consumption should not be more than norms
No incident and accident and batch failure in shift
Daily day stock verification / all check list verification etc.
Weekly shop floor training program to opt &helpers.;
Production of API as per the planning.
Equipment cleaning Log book and Solvent log Book to be maintained.
BPCR arrangements for running batches.
Online status Board to be maintained.
To maintain safety in the section.
