Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to high-profile clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to Commvault, Veritas, Windows, and Mac systems.
- Troubleshoot complex IT problems using various tools such as end-user support software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and implement solutions that meet client requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Vip Support or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Commvault, Veritas, Windows support, and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly.
