We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior BIW Fixture Design Engineers to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality Body-in-White (BIW) fixtures that support precision manufacturing in the automotive industry. Responsiblities:
- Designing and developing an independent BIW welding fixtures, Grippers, and assembly tools based on requirements
- Createing 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed documentation using CATIA V5 software
- Ensure fixtures meet quality and ergonomic standards by applying 321 principle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Simulation,



& Manufacturing.
- Creating standard parts in the fixture and selecting right purchase parts for the requirements and conduct feasibility studies and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation like Clamp validation, Slide validation, Pay load and Dump. and adhere to project timelines.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as CATIA, NX, or Fides.
