Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Mysore. The Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing and prospective customers, including retail and SME clients. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their financial needs, promoting appropriate banking products and services,



and ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting sales and revenue targets, handling account-related queries, supporting loan and deposit processes, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The Relationship Officer also monitors customer portfolios, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and adheres to regulatory and compliance standards in all interactions.
