Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City,



responsible for driving end-to-end hiring activities across the locations as assigned. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and co-ordination. The Talent Acquisition Lead partners closely with business leaders and HR to understand talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and ensure a consistent, inclusive, and efficient recruitment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, leveraging employer branding initiatives, optimizing hiring channels, and tracking key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement. The role also involves mentoring recruiting team members, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, and providing a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
