What youll bring to the table:
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern application architectures, with the ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions;
Extensive experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex database issues;
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and XML, with the ability to confidently read,



analyze, and troubleshoot Java-based applications and services;
¢ Proven ability to leverage modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, root-cause investigation, productivity, and software development practices;
¢ Demonstrated track record of solving complex technical problems and driving high-quality outcomes in production environments;
¢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of critical initiatives from conception through delivery;
¢ Experience collaborating across globally distributed teams and effectively navigating cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholder relationships;
¢ Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced international environment, balancing multiple priorities and driving results amid changing business needs;
¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly communicate
