OMG Mediawork is a Mumbai-based, full-service production and line production company founded in 2014 by Durgesh Dadhich and Bhaktti Sakpal. We bring brand ideas to life on screen, handling everything from the first brief to the final delivered file, including television commercials, digital and social media content, music videos, branded films, OTT promos, corporate videos, and high-end photoshoots. Role

We're looking for an experienced, proactive, and organised Production Manager who can oversee and manage the end-to-end production of ad films, branded content, and digital projects. The ideal candidate should have solid production knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and shoots while ensuring smooth and efficient execution of projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete production process from pre-production to post-production.
- Plan and manage production schedules, budgets, estimates, timelines, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, directors, DOPs, crew, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage production logistics including locations, casting, crew, equipment, travel, and other shoot requirements.
- Lead and manage shoots, ensuring smooth on-ground execution
