Role Overview

This is a diverse role combining digital marketing, content creation and administrative support. The successful candidate will help execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, maintain marketing calendars, manage customer enquiries and assist with business administration to support the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing
- Create and schedule engaging social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Produce and distribute WhatsApp Business broadcasts.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling and reporting.
- Develop monthly content calendars for:
- Social Media
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Design and coordinate the company's monthly promotional brochure.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Administration
- Manage and update the company enquiry log.
- Respond to or allocate incoming trade enquiries (TFA).
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
- Maintain accurate marketing records and documentation.




- Assist with internal reporting and data organisation.

Digital Content & Product Management
- Maintain and update Brand Bank product images when required.
- Upload and manage product listings on online marketplaces including Temu.
- Update and maintain marketing assets and documentation within SharePoint.
- Ensure product information and digital assets remain accurate and up to date.

Skills & Experience

Essential
- Previous experience in marketing, administration or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business.
