We are looking for a dynamic
Account Manager / Business Development Manager
with proven experience in the staffing and recruitment industry to drive new business, manage key accounts, and expand our client portfolio across India and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and client meetings.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard recent clients for Contract Staffing, Permanent (FTE) Hiring, RPO, and Recruitment Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business Heads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client presentations to proposal submission, negotiation, contract closure, and account management.
- Understand client hiring needs and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, NDAs, and staffing agreements.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hiring demands.
