Role Description
The Event Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, client engagements, product launches, and internal company activities. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts aligned with business objectives, preparing event budgets and timelines, coordinating with vendors and venues, and managing logistics such as audio-visual setups, catering, and transportation. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging, overseeing event registrations and communications, and maintaining detailed documentation and post-event reports. The Event Manager will also monitor event performance, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance participant experience and maximize the impact of future events.

Qualifications
- Event planning and execution skills, including experience managing corporate events, conferences, workshops, or product launches.
- Strong organizational and project management skills,



with the ability to handle multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Vendor and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, coordination with venues and service providers, and budget oversight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, partners, and participants.
- Proficiency with event management tools or software, and familiarity with basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, with flexibility to manage events that may occur outside standard business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
- Prior experience in the IT or technology sector, or exposure to domains such as telecom, healthcare, insurance, or e-commerce, is an advantage.
