Aerem is a solar rooftop lending company financing residential solar installations across India, sourced through a network of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) partners. As rooftop solar adoption accelerates nationally including under government programs like PM Surya Ghar Aerem is building a lean, high-performing field finance team to power this next stage of growth.

Role Overview

We're hiring driven, finance-savvy Relationship Officers / Sales Managers to join Aerem's solar finance team. This is a field-facing role responsible for sourcing and closing residential solar loan applications through our EPC partner network combining sales hustle with genuine credit and financial judgment. Title and seniority will be aligned to the candidate's experience level.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with EPC partners across the assigned territory to generate a steady daily pipeline of residential solar finance leads.
- Conduct on-ground visits to EPC offices, installation sites,



and customer homes to source and qualify leads.
- Guide customers through the loan application journey — collecting KYC, income documents, and bank statements.
- Perform preliminary credit assessment: read and interpret bureau (CIBIL/Experian) reports, analyze bank statements for average balance and bounces, and assess income and repayment capacity for both salaried and self-employed applicants.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing, from login through to disbursement.
- Maintain daily and weekly lead and conversion trackers, and report pipeline status to the reporting manager.
- Stay current on residential solar scheme guidelines (e.g., PM Surya Ghar subsidy structure) to confidently address customer questions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly login and disbursement targets.
