The team operates with an AI-first mindset, leveraging cutting-edge tools and analytical frameworks to solve complex business problems at scale. With a strong focus on ownership, speed, and measurable outcomes, the team partners closely with leadership across functions to build scalable, data-driven solutions.
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects across business verticals, from problem structuring and deep-dive analysis to solution design and production deployment with explicit business impact
- Embed AI tools across the analytical workflow, including data exploration, modelling, insight generation, and stakeholder communication to improve speed and quality of delivery




- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance analytical processes using AI-driven solutions, reducing manual effort and improving scalability
- Build robust and scalable analytical frameworks across areas such as inventory optimisation, pricing sensitivity, retention, growth, and financial insights
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and deliver actionable, data-backed insights
- Communicate insights effectively to senior leadership by translating complex analytics into clear, concise, and actionable narratives
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority through strong stakeholder management and data storytelling
- Mentor and guide junior analysts on technical capabilities and AI-first ways of working, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in a high-growth consumer tech, e-commerce, or similar environ
