Role Description

Job Title: QC Executive

Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Location: Kadapa

Reports To: QA Manager / Head – Quality Assurance

Job Summary

The QC Executive is responsible for performing quality control testing of raw materials,

packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, and water

samples in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Positive Laboratory Practices

(GLP), and regulatory requirements. The role ensures that all products meet established quality





standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Validation Protocols (Process & Cleaning) and Monitoring of the

validations.

• Review of the Executed Batch Production Control Record, Batch Cleaning Record.

• Handling of Vendor Qualifications.

• Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR)

• Handling of the Dispatch Activities.

• Handling of the Marketing Samples.

• Handling of Change Controls.

• Ensuring user departments to follow cGMP guide lines (Like ICH Q7) as part of continual

improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry,

Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of experience in Quality Control within a pharmaceutical manufacturing

company.

• Experience in oral solid dosage, sterile, or API manufacturing is preferredidelines.
