How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed Pre & Post bind call audits on UK Retail Contact Center calling Agents. This is to ensure Gallagher Business Conduct is compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Verify the accuracy, disclosures, completeness, and consistency of documentation, including client documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence.
- Identify and document discrepancies, errors,



or non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements.
- Prepare QA reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Present insights to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborating with on-shore operations teams, account executives, brokers, and other stakeholders to address audit and QA findings.

About you

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Master

Work Experience:

Graduate with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in an Insurance domain
Call Audit Experience in P&C; – Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred
Insurance certification – positive to have
Transition/onboarding of service - good to have
Onshore travel experience – good to have

Licenses/Certificates:

Insurance Certification will be the additional
