Job Title: Production Engineer (Electronics/Electricals)

Department: Production Engineer- PCB Soldering

Qualification: ITI (Electronics) / Diploma in Electronics

Experience: 1–2 Years ( Only Soldering, Testing , Rework, QC Experience candidates apply)

Location: Baner

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer with hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, and electronic assembly. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality output, and handling troubleshooting on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and supervise soldering of electronic components (through-hole & basic SMD)

Handle assembly of electronic products, panels, and devices

Ensure proper wiring, fitting, and finishing of products

Conduct testing and quality checks after assembly

Troubleshoot faults in circuits, PCBs,



and assembled units

Maintain production targets and minimize rejection

Train operators/technicians on correct soldering and assembly techniques

Maintain production and inspection records

Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams

Required Skills:

Robust hands-on experience in soldering and electronic assembly

Knowledge of PCB assembly and wiring practices

Ability to read circuit diagrams and assembly drawings

Experience using tools like soldering iron, multimeter, crimping tools

Good understanding of quality standards in manufacturing

Attention to detail and steady hand for precision work
