Weather Makers NYC is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in a full time remote night shift role supporting our New York operations.

⚠This is NOT a field technician position.
This is a 100% remote, virtual technical support role where you'll assist with HVAC troubleshooting, provide technical guidance, and support field technicians from a remote location.

Requirements:

✔4+ years of HVAC experience
✔Strong Poblem-solving skills
✔Knowledge of Mini Split, PTAC & Central HVAC systems
✔Excellent communication skills
✔Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
✔Assisting with HVAC troubleshooting
