OVERVIEW

The Digital and Technology team at General Mills India Centre is looking for a Senior D&T; Intelligent Automation Engineer to contribute to the company’s global digital transformation agenda through intelligent automation delivery. This role is expected to design, develop, and operate scalable automation and AI-enabled automation solutions. This includes leveraging deterministic and probabilistic automation, low-code platforms, workflow technologies,



and advanced agentic AI to create measurable value across our global operation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

An associate in an Intelligent Automation team, focusing on building automation solutions using ServiceNow and integrating AI with Machine Learning and Agentic AI capabilities, would typically have the following key accountabilities:
- Solution Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions within the ServiceNow (Various UI Experience – portal, workspace, playlist etc, Workflows, CRUD Apps)
- Translate business requirements and process flows into technical specifications and automation workflows.
- Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations within ServiceNow to support automation initiatives.
- Main point of contact for the team to address complex issues and prevent business interruptions.
- Leads the recruitment and training initiatives for the automation team. Provides coachin
