About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Product Liaison to bridge the gap between business stakeholders — clinicians, marketing, patients, and administrators — and our Engineering organization.

This is not a traditional Project Manager role, and not a software development role.

As the Technical Product Liaison, you will serve as the central communication bridge between business stakeholders and Engineering, ensuring that product requirements are accurately translated, effectively implemented, thoroughly validated, and successfully adopted.

You will work closely with clinicians, administrators, marketing, patients, Product Management, Engineering, and QA to keep every release grounded in real stakeholder need and verified before and after it ships.

The Mission

Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and Engineering teams by ensuring that:




- Stakeholder requirements — clinical, operational, and patient-facing — are fully understood before development begins.
- Engineering receives transparent, unambiguous, actionable requirements.
- Features are validated against real patient and provider workflows before release.
- Releases are verified as correctly implemented and successfully adopted after deployment.

You own the connective thread between stakeholder requirements and successful product adoption, ensuring every release delivers measurable value to users while improving clinical, operational, and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain visibility into requirement status, validation progress, and release readiness.
