About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development qualified to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and successfully close business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.




- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular MIS and business updates.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the organization's revenue growth.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) will be highly preferred.
- Candidates from Food Testing, Environmental & Pollution Testing, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Food Contact Material (FCM) Testing, or related industries are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working independently to achieve business objectives.
