Operate and maintain a beam saw machine to cut wood, MDF, plywood, WPC, and other panel materials to precise dimensions for furniture and construction components. Accuracy and safety are critical.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Machine Operation*
- Set up and operate horizontal/vertical beam saw according to cutting lists and technical drawings
- Load panels onto the machine, align materials, and run cutting programs
- Adjust blade height, speed, and pressure for different materials to minimize chipping and waste

2. *Quality & Accuracy*
- Check cut dimensions using measuring tools and ensure tolerance within ±0.5mm
- Inspect panels for defects, burn marks, or edge damage before passing to next stage
- Maintain first-pass yield >95% to reduce material waste

3. *Maintenance & Safety*
- Perform daily cleaning, blade checks, and basic preventive maintenance
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and use PPE: goggles, ear protection, gloves, dust mask
- Report mechanical issues immediately to maintenance team

4. *Production Support*




- Read production schedules and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines
- Label and organize cut panels for downstream processes like edge banding
- Keep work area clean and organized per 5S standards

*Requirements*
- 1-2 years experience operating beam saws or CNC panel saws preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and cutting lists
- Basic math skills for measurement and calculations
- Physically fit to lift panels up to 25-30kg
- Understanding of wood/WPC material properties is a plus

*Nice to Have*
- Experience with software like Homag, Biesse, or similar control systems
- Knowledge of optimizing cutting patterns to reduce waste
- Forklift license for material handling

*Work Environment*

Factory floor with noise, dust, and physical activity. Usually 8-12 hour shifts, may include night shifts.
