Job Description & Summary

Additional Responsibilities:

The Senior Director, Internal Investigations leads the internal investigations function for PwC Acceleration Center India (AC India), ensuring allegations of misconduct are assessed and resolved promptly, fairly, and consistently in alignment with local and global requirements. This role sets the investigations strategy and operating model, strengthens investigation policies, procedures, and controls, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on sensitive, high-risk matters. The Senior Director leads and mentors a team of investigators and personally conducts complex investigations into alleged violations of law, regulation, and Firm policy. Through strong cross-functional partnerships, the role drives case quality, defensible outcomes, and program improvements that reinforce the Firm’s code of conduct and culture of integrity.

ethics and compliance experience with a background in investigations management, ideally within legal, ethics, compliance, governance, or risk management functions in a multinational or US-based qualified services firm.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree
