Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer to build high-converting e-commerce visuals.
- This role will focus on creating product listing images, A+ content, and digital creatives optimized for conversion on online marketplaces.
- The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and deeply interested in what drives clicks, engagement, and sales in the e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Creative Development
- Design high-conversion product listing images tailored for e-commerce platforms.
- Create A+ content / enhanced brand content to improve product storytelling and conversion rates.
- Develop creatives including infographics, lifestyle images, comparison charts, and feature highlights.
- Continuously improve creatives based on performance insights, competition, and platform trends.
Content Creation & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing product photoshoots (basic setups, lighting, composition).
- Create short-form product videos using mobile (iPhone) for listings and ads.
- Edit and optimize images/videos for different platforms and formats.
Innovation & AI Integration
- Explore and use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) for faster and enhanced creative output.
- Experiment with recent formats, styles, and visual hooks to improve engagement and CTR.
Collaboration & Iteration
- Work closely with marketing, NPD, and e-commerce teams to align creatives with product positioning.
- Take feedback quickly and iterate designs with speed and accuracy.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce design principles (conversion-focused layouts, hooks, visual hierarchy).
- Experience in creating Amazon-style listing images and A+ content.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of AI
