Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Procurement cum Farm Manager to lead our cow milk farm operations and manage local raw milk procurement in and around Village Pata, Alwar. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between internal farm production and external farmer communities to ensure a consistent, reliable supply of pure, high-quality cow milk.

You will manage day-to-day farm labor, oversee herd health and feed management, and build strong relations with local dairy farmers to set up zero-adulteration collection channels.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Farm Operations & Herd Management
- Oversee daily farm routines including milking schedules, hygienic milk handling, and chilling.
- Manage farm labor, shift allocations, and ensure clean, stress-free shelter conditions for cattle.
- Monitor herd health,



coordinate veterinarian visits, oversee vaccination drives, and manage proper fodder/feed nutrition.
- Ensure strict hygiene practices to keep Somatic Cell Count (SCC) and bacterial count low during milking.

2. Village Milk Procurement & Farmer Outreach
- Connect with local dairy farmers in Ramgarh Tehsil to expand our raw cow milk procurement network.
- Set up and oversee milk collection centers/routes across neighboring villages.
- Educate local farmers on hygienic milking, clean storage, and balanced cattle feed to improve milk yield and quality at the source.
- Maintain fair, transparent, and timely payment/testing processes for local farmers to build long-term trust.

3. Quality Assurance & Testing
- Enforce strict quality control standards for both farm-produced and externally procured milk.
