About This Role




We are seeking a Commercial Contract PMO Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Commercial and Contract Management Project Management Office, a centre of excellence within the wider VOIS Commercial Contract Management team. The role is based in Bangalore and focuses on driving consistency, governance and standards across the VOIS contract landscape, while supporting contractual and commercial obligations for internal stakeholders and customers.

This role will lead a team responsible for structured contracting and post-contract support, including maintaining contract records, administering contract lifecycle tools, drafting easy to medium complexity contracts, facilitating signatures, managing contractual change activity, mitigating risk and assessing the commercial impact of changes on revenue and margin.
