Recruitment:

1. Organisation Structure as per budget
2. JD formulation as per position
3. Position sanction management
4. Sourcing/shortlisting/Interview till finalisation
5. Finalisation of CTC document preparation for approval
6. LOI issuance confirmation from candidate
7. Onboarding Induction (e induction completion), appointment letter
8. KRA finalisation TNI from HOD
9. 30/90/180 days feedback
10. Qtrly Performance review
11. Half yearly performance review confirmation
12. Identify potential performers
13. Design development plan, execute as per guideline monitor

Training:

1. TNI based on PMS (Behavioral/Technical)
2. TNI of Current joinees
3. Preparation updation of Training calendar
4. Training Plan Budget finalisation
5. Execution of training, evaluation record management
6. Re-training, evaluation record management
7. Training effectiveness implementation (Learnings implementation)

PMS:

1. KRA alignment with company objectives
2. KRA Freezing support updation on portle
3.



Timely Review / Feedback actions monitoring
4. Validation of support data
5. Data compilation as per guideline

Separation:

1. Conduct Exit interview
2. Record feedback
3. Analysis feedback suggest measures for implementation
4. Implement suggested measures monitor
5. Establish Feedback mechanism after separation

Employee Engagement:

1. Support in conducting survey
2. Analysis survey report decide actions implement
3. Monitoring of implemented action
4. Preparation of event calendar execution of event
5. Organise events as per RR policy guideline

HRMS data management:

1. Create awareness about SMI We connect modules
2. Ensure usages from employees
3. Report generation, validation analysis
4. Take corrective actions to strengthen system
