Associate Business Analyst -SPT Job Description: Medline is expanding its operations in Pune and is seeking Associate Business Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business process automation. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, data-driven insights and timely, actionable reports that support strategic business decisions and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining reporting and automation solutions using Microsoft Excel (VBA), MS Access, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Python, and Power BI.



The role also involves optimizing reporting processes, designing effective database solutions, automating workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and overall business performance.
