JUSTDOGS® is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support store operations. The ideal candidate will have solid retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new launches and promotions.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and coordinate replenishment.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Guide and support junior sales executives to improve team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and store standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium retail, lifestyle, fashion, or pet retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,527.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
