To Be Successful As a Senior Software Engineer - Java Full Stack & AI Assisted Engineering, You Should Have Experience With
- Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based solutions.
- Develop responsive and up-to-date user interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and high-quality software deliverables.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design decisions.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security,



reliability, and operational standards.
- Lead complex technical investigations and production issue resolutions.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Work with AWS services including ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch, IAM and EventBridge.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Support CI/CD automation and release processes.
- Drive adoption of secure coding practices and engineering standards.
- Perform code reviews and promote clean code principles.
- Implement automated unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Ensure observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
- Contribute to technical debt reduction and platform modernization initiatives.
- Effectively leverage AI engineering tools such as Claude, GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and other approved enterprise AI tools.
