Role Description
The Senior Home Stylist/Sales Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata.



This role is responsible for engaging customers in the showroom, understanding their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs, and translating these into tailored home décor and furnishing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include consulting on fabric selection, window treatments, upholstery, bedding, and accessories; preparing mood boards or layout suggestions; and guiding customers through product options and pricing. The role involves meeting sales targets, managing client follow-ups, coordinating with design and operations teams for orders and installations, and maintaining a visually appealing, well-organized display area. The consultant will also build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and institutional clients, contribute to local marketing or promotional activities, and provide feedback on customer trends to support product and merchandising decisions.
