Role Summar

yDynatrace L2 Engineer is responsible for advanced monitoring support, platform administration, and issue resolution. The role focuses on deep troubleshooting, configuration, onboarding, and collaboration with L3/architect teams

.Core Responsibilitie

s1. Advanced Incident Management & Troubleshootin

g• Handle P2/P3 incidents and sometimes assist in P1 scenario

s• Perform deep-dive analysis using Dynatrace tools (Smartscape, PurePath, Davis AI

)• Identify root cause across applications, infrastructure, and network layer

s2. Dynatrace Platform Administratio

n• Manage Dynatrace components

:o OneAgent deployments, upgrades, troubleshootin

y• Ensure monitoring coverage across applications and infrastructur

e3. Monitoring Configuration & Optimizatio

n• Configure and maintain

Application & Infrastructure Onboardin

g• Work with application and infrastructure teams to

t• Integrate Dynatrace with

:o ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow

s6. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Problem Managemen

t• Perform detailed RCA using monitoring data (logs, traces, metrics
