About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager Digital Production to lead our Digital Production function and oversee the successful delivery of eLearning and digital publishing projects. The ideal candidate will possess solid operational leadership skills, extensive experience managing large production teams, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital content within defined timelines and quality standards.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, optimize production workflows, mentor teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital production operations for eLearning and digital publishing projects.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee project execution to ensure delivery within scope, quality standards, and agreed timelines.




- Manage resource planning, capacity allocation, team utilization, and production schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of 50+ digital production professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Editorial, Design, Technology, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Establish and monitor production KPIs, quality metrics, productivity targets, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, automation, and operational best practices.
